A parent or legal guardian accepts these terms when making a booking for a child.

Classes and bookings

Bright Groove offers multi-style dance activities for children aged 4–8 and 9–15. Places are subject to availability. Bookings and payments are made online through ClassForKids. The timetable, venue, price, term dates and any trial offer are shown before payment is taken.

Information you provide

The parent or guardian must provide accurate contact, emergency, health and collection information and keep it up to date. Bright Groove may refuse participation where essential safety information has not been provided.

Payment and missed classes

Payment is due as shown during booking. A class missed by the child is not normally refundable, transferable or replaced, including absence caused by illness, holidays or personal commitments. This does not affect statutory rights.

Cancellation or change by Bright Groove

If Bright Groove cancels a class, it will offer a reasonable replacement where possible or refund the amount paid for that class. Bright Groove may reasonably change a teacher, timetable or venue and will give as much notice as practicable. A significant change will be handled fairly and in accordance with consumer law.

Arrival, collection and studio access

Children should arrive at least five minutes before class. Parents should be at the collection point ten minutes before the class ends. Children are released only to an authorised adult. Parents wait outside the studio unless invited to an open class.

Safety and behaviour

Children must follow reasonable safety instructions. Bullying, discrimination, aggression or seriously unsafe behaviour is not accepted. Bright Groove may pause or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect welfare and safety, after discussing concerns with the parent where appropriate.

Photography and communication

Promotional photography and video require separate parental opt-in consent, which may be withdrawn for future use. Bright Groove may contact parents about bookings, classes, changes, emergencies, safety and safeguarding.

Complaints, privacy and law

Raise concerns with Grazi Ramos at grazi@brightgroove.co.uk. Personal information is handled under the Bright Groove Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
